Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales of goods by Parrot Signs Ltd ("Company", "we", or "us"). By placing an order, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Details

Parrot Signs Ltd is registered in England and Wales with the company registration number 16054198. Our VAT registration number is 480142808. Our principal business is the manufacture of safety signs.

2. Product Types

We provide two types of products:

• Stock Signs: These are standard designs selected from our pre-existing design library.
• Custom Signs: These are bespoke designs created specifically based on the Customer’s specifications.

3. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Stock Signs: You may return unused and undamaged stock signs within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is defective.
• Custom Signs: Returns are not accepted for custom signs as these are created to your bespoke specifications.

4. Reporting Damages

All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery acknowledgement. Claims for damages reported after this period will not be considered.

5. Order Process and Delivery

When placing an order, you may request an order confirmation. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order, and we will begin manufacturing stock or custom signs as per the details provided.

We aim to ship all orders on the same working day they are placed, provided the order is received before our cut-off time. Orders are dispatched on a next working day delivery service. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery Charges:

• Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) may qualify for free delivery.
• Orders under £50 (excluding VAT) will attract standard delivery charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Liability

Parrot Signs Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs in our stock sign library remain the intellectual property of Parrot Signs Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Custom designs created for the Customer remain the intellectual property of the Customer unless agreed otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
